We understand the situation may change at short notice, but while it remains safe, responsible and prudent to do so, we feel that to remain open is currently in the best interests of both our staff and customers.
Following guidelines from our public health agencies, we are increasing communication with our employees regarding the COVID-19 virus and steps needed to keep themselves, their families, and others healthy and safe, and to educate them on best practices to support the safety of our customers during provision of service.
We further understand that some customers may not feel comfortable proceeding with a booked service during this time and we will work with them to reschedule their services to a more optimal time.
We are implementing enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and workflow processes and procedures to mitigate risks. We welcome customers and partners to contact us for a detailed description of the measures being implemented and to ask us about specific concerns.
We will be communicating with customers and assigned staff prior to any on-site services to do our best to ensure all parties involved are healthy and comfortable with receipt and delivery of services.
